Getting to go home or going into the cooler by myself because I’m not harassed by customers or coworker
What did you like most about the interview process?
My interview was 5-10 minutes at most. The manager asked maybe 6 questions and told me the position was mine
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
They need to balance out the hours because only the managers get more than 34 hours a week and then they discriminate between smokers and non smokers.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Out of my team of 4 coworkers not including managers I get along with two of them. the others give rude comments and are constantly telling me that I have to do certain things at certain times and have to be on the dot with when I do them.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
since I am not a smoker when I ask for a break on my 6-7 hour shifts they take it as a joke and I have to go “use the bathroom” to get anything close to a break. if it get something to eat they tell me no longer than 5 min
