What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
culture is currently bad due to metrics requirement of work volume and no quality
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
stop treating experienced professional employees like fast food workers which they did not do prior to 2015-16

comes from the top ,attitudes will be better if they go back to old ways,,they have failed since 2015
What is the best part about your compensation package?
retirement is the only reason any of us over 50 are staying any longer,want to work into my 60's but not with current culture of punishment
