The pay isnt even competitive when compared to other insurance companies. They really focus on metrics. No life to work balence. For the past 4 months its been mandatory overtime inclaims to the point where you are working six days a week. The mandatory overtime will likey continue.

Get away from the metrics, increase the pay and start caring about their employees.

Hire better people that wont quite after training. Be more truthful in your job adds

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Get rid of the metrics and the externals, they mess up the claims. Increase the pay so people will want to work for the company
