In the beginning they don't tell you that you're doing mostly call center work. They watch EVERYTHING you do on your computer. They also want you to do mandatory OT, so there is no time for your life. Training is also way too short for the workload & pressure.

Train! Train! & Train. Stop with the metrics. Ask wmployess how to get better as a company. State Farm promotes being "remarkable" but their meaning of remarkable only means "make sure you get the numbers" .
What are some of the best things about your team?
My coworkers that were in my wave are my team & we have stuck together & helped each other navigate through the pressure . We make each other feel comfortable enough to ask questions as you go.
