They understand the big piture and the do try to reach the goals but the are placed in an enviroment where they can't succed.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
The total disconnect from those that keep the promises we sell. The unrealistic expectation that metric targets can be reached with quality when you don't have adquate staffing.
