We have lost the personal toch, personal responsibility. The emphasis is on checking all of the boxes not on the ultimate outcome and customer satisfaction
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Treating employees with respect and professionalism. Dealing with problem employees and recognizing reliable employees. Stop painting all employees with the same brush. Properly train new employees and if there are performance problems eork to resolve them in a respectful and professional manner .
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
State Farm betates all claims professionals when upper level management has created an atmosphere so toxic they cant keep new employees. Chronic understaffing due to terrible management and loyal employees are told to be grateful to have a job rather than told we are grateful for your loyalty
