I've been an insurance agent for over 25 years I took a job with State Farm as it's on the island I live on it was hands-down the worst experience I ever had. The agency owner was highly rude the expectations are ridiculous. The Neko system in the state farm system couldn't be any more horrifying.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The beginning pay was fine until the expectations outweigh the pay

The owner Is very rude and brings her personal life into work
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Being respectful and appreciate the time and effort that their new agents put in to get license to work for State Farm
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Coworkers need to be aware that they are not going to last more than a couple months in the agency because of the pressure
