You're overworked and underpaid. We've had mandatory OT every week for over two years. You get screamed at and belittled by customers multiple times a day (i dont blame them though, i'd be upset too if i had to deal with this inneficient claims process.) incredibly low pay & measley if any raises.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
We make barely above minimum wage. This is a comolicated job and the pay needs to be increased by 20%.
