The micromanagment is crazy, they dont honor ADA and no matter what you do or how you abide by the book your manager will always contact you every 2 months to tell you you're doing something wrong.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Mandatory OT should never be neccessary for an insurance job, micromangament makes workers feel like they always doing something wrong, retention rates are horrible and the company awards bad behavior
