Although to a much greater extent, I can still see the results of my labor. I am expected to be accountable to the organization and myself.

As a long time employee, I have experienced tremendous cultural and environmental changes within the organization. That has helped me to embrace change and realize that it is critically important for us to remain competitive and relevant in the market place.
