Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Sick leave is the biggest issue. You have none (except for special circumstances with long term illness) and are expected to use vacation days.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
They lightened up the dress code, but overall too conservative for a company with 10000 IT employees. Work times and remote working is inflexible. Can't change any process unless you're an architect.
