Experience, I work with 2 other co-workers. Combined we have over 62 years of service. We run the office, not the agent.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Actually have leadership that has worked as a staff person. Leadership prentends to know how things run, they have no clue, unless they worked as a staff member.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Ever since Obamacare, State Farm stopped allowing Agents to offer health insurance to their employees. I was on a State Farm health plan until then. I have 17 years with the company.
