I believe I'm paid competitively but probably could make more at another company

For the stress of the job, I think we should be paid more
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
My team overall is great but lot of people going out on stress leave. It's crazy.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Employees have lost faith in the company and they never seem to make any changes to make it better. They just move people around and never staff correctly.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
The executives have ruined this company. They do not care about the employees any more, only the bottom line. In return, the employees dont care any more. It's sad! Use to be a great company when Ed Rust was our CEO
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
They have taken away overtime. They want us to do more and do it all in 7 hrs and 45 minutes a day. We are already short staffed and then they give more of our people away to other areas. I have lost faith that the executives will ever get it right in claims. It's not rocked science!!
