My team is awesome we just need to find a better job with actual growth potential.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
They need to stop worrying about how much money they make and start worrying about the customers.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
The pay is horrible. I’m not treated like the highly trained professional I am. I do believe they make better wages at the Hobby Lobby.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Maybe it’s just Texas but I have worked for State Farm for 11 years, 10 of those in California. Today I make less than I did when I started and am treated like I’m a dime a dozen by an agen that shows up a few hours a few days a week and spends the time he’s in the office hiding from customers.
