What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Get rid of the constant changes in how we do things in estimators. Quit wasting money on technology used to micromanage employees.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Focus is no longer on customer service. In the last 2-3 years, it's about profit. We no longer do it better than the competition. We are now micro-managed and do less to n a day than we did before implementation of numerous administrative activities.
