
The culture is depressing. Managers are taught to preach customer service is our number one goal. The unrealistic metrics are simply there as a reminder you’d like to stay employed.
There’s no team work to speak of. We’re on teams simply to make management simpler. A majority of the employees are hired on from other companies on the verge of termination. Hire right and retain right goals are a joke.
The JD power scores continue to fall, termination and attrition rates are the highest we’ve ever seen, the software is outdated by two decades, new processes and software is released constantly and remains irreparably broken, customers constantly end phone calls frustrated and disappointed.
Leadership is incredibly poor. The company lacks any sort of accountability and claim handlers take the blame regardless of fault. Our executives develop new departments lacking functionality to be proud of the paper they push yet are baffled by the worst JD power scores the company has ever seen.
