It’s all about the numbers, how fast you can do tasks, how fast you can get a customer off the phone, nothing that promotes any type of service for dedication to the policyholders

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

They will do everything in their power to limit pay raises which happen once a year. The managers act like the entry-level position that you hired into stays in a two level position for two or three years

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

I dread going to work, we have staff that all they do is schedule performance tasks, phones, or other work. It is not uncommon to be singled out to be on phones all day long, when nobody’s calling in, and navigate been given any opportunity for any variety In day-to-day work
