Sales positions already come with a lot of pressure. There should be more incentive and reward to want to keep doing well rather than negative impact if you don't.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Systems are outdated. General office atmosphere could be more positive. Employees should feel more appreciated and be compensated according to the work they put in. Commission structure is not much for employees.
