Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Since the people sitting in the offices are the ones on “the front line” I think State Farm and not the agents should pay our salary and we of all employees should have benefits. State Farm gives us nothing and if you have a greedy agent you get nothing from them!
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
State Farm used to be a great company to be insured by but not anymore. The upper management uses to try to help the agents save good business even if they had a few accidents etc but underwriters won’t budge anymore. No matter what the circumstance. No one is accountable anymore either.
