What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
When you dread walking in the doors and feel sick everyday. Work on not letting one person on the team control your supervisor.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
You never see them and they make decision and have never once stepped in our spot to see how the work is really being done. Oh wait when they do step in we are intimated as to what to really say. No-one tells the truth and nothing gets fixed. There is lack of respect and understanding from them.
