Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I was originally with Geico. Was offered a job at State Farm for a total of $26 a hour. Which I can’t say no I would have weekends off work to 6 or later if I wanted to. Was there for a month pulled into a room saying in being put down to part time and cutting my pay to $11 a hour. I walkes out.
