I work with a great team of people. The management is what is so awful!

Uncaring people who lie. If you meet the metrics, they come up with another reason to criticize you. Nothing is ever good enough.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
State Farm used to be a great company to work for but not anymore. They don’t care about employees or their happiness or their customers either!
