My boss is very good with me and listens to my ideas

Not having to wake up thinking i dont want to go to work. And i look forward to helping others.

Leadership helps out the ones that need guidance to get better or more knowledge from a more experienced agent or person
What are some of the best things about your team?
Right now its only me and my boss the owner and its great we both share good ideas and sell very well and are connected with the community
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I think we should all get paid more , as we are required to study for each line and pass a state exam. We should at least make 16 hr
