My tenured team is great. There are a couple of tenured employees who manipulate, lie and call HR to threaten their way into keeping their jobs. They are not team players and it is very clear and visible however they manage to keep their jobs.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Being fair, being ethical, keeping good talent rather than bad talent that costs less, caring about how we handle our customers! Treating employees like grown up professional human beings rather than micromanaged robots who get beat down when they are not performing to the triple workload perfectly.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
The culture has changed since our CEO. Because every employee feels not cared about, no value to the company, the morale is at an all time low. People now treat our customers like that and say the only reason they are still with State Farm is for the paycheck.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
A new CEO. One who cares about his employees and customers. A new leadership group that cares about their employees and isn’t just following the death march orders in order to save their own job. Everyone is out for themselves, no one feels secure enough in their job to stand up for what is right
