Being able to drive sales results without being micromanaged.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Go back to valuing employees and treating them with respect, or morale will continue to decline and customer service will also continue to suffer.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Upper leadership have destroyed our culture. They are so focused on results and cutting expenses and number of employees that even the most productive people are less motivated and becoming more loyal to themselves than the company, unlike our prior culture.
