
The interview process involved a panel of individuals, I believe this gave me a greater opportunity to make an impression.
I think we should have less meetings, maybe bi-weekly, instead of weekly. Sometimes we don't have any topics to talk about because everything has been discussed. We should not be having meetings just for meeting's sake.
I am new hire and was given health and earn vacation days. This is fair compensation for a starting position, the benefits to start off are fine. I can't complain. I wish dental would be included, but for now in my starting role I do not have a problem with it.
I am new to the company so there is added pressure to make more sales. Leadership needs to improve employee on boarding to help build effective communication channels to customers, perhaps take new hires and assign them to a veteran salesperson. The hires need to be helped along for a few months.
