I work in a Christian office. Our agent tries to encourage us daily.

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
A lot of my coworkers dont have much drive. If agents were more engaged this wouldn't happen.
What makes you most happy at work?
I love to make a sell no matter how small. Selling life insurance is very rewarding because I know what it can and cannot do for a family.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Working in a State Farm agency often offers no benefits. People are always surprised when I tell them I have no health insurance and I work for an insurance company.
