More flexibility. They say they work with your needs and school schedule but they really make it a huge hassle. Other insurance companies let their employees with the same ILR position work from home. There should be flex hours.
Everyone really loves their job and their work at state farm except the people in the call centers. The call centers are the front lines and no one above us listens to what we need or the customer needs. It would be a great job even as a call center if there were a few tweaks.
