Better pay structure for employees and Agents. Turn back to the way employees were appreciated and boost moral.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
As Agents we have been the primary distribution point for products and services that has led to the overall succe. The leadership has not been as supportive or appreciative of the ENTIRE agency force and only focuses on the top performing agents. Every agent cycles up and down the performance ranks.
