My peer group and my team really care about our work despite all of the constraints we are under.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Relying solely on metrics based on wishful thinking. Start listening to your first-line leaders who actually know what they are doing.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
1% raises when the company is making money hand over fist each year. How about raises that at least keep up with inflation plus something for my value that I add to the company?
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Most first-line leaders and their handlers with any tenure still believe in doing things the right way and providing good customer service. The same cannot be said for the quality of employees we have been hiring in our hubs.
