What is the best part about your compensation package?
Solid base pay, with bonus opportunity based on performance. Would be great to see some private options to improve longer-term retention.
What makes you most happy at work?
I have a very clear line of site to the Executive team, as well as great visibility into how my work impacts our clients/candidates.
What did you like most about the interview process?
I had 4 virtual interviews and we were able to schedule them around my then-work schedule. All interviews completed in about 2 weeks.

Leadership is growing stronger everyday. With key upgrades and improvements to some key roles and verticals, Sterling's leadership style is both supportive and enabling.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Supportive of my style of work - expectations are clearly set, and I have the necessary tools to get my job done well. I am truly in control of my success.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Efficient team members! Most meetings are designed to fit into 25-30 minutes only. Team is always helpful with quick Q&A. Despite being 100% virtual, we know and work with each other as if we were in a cube-farm.
