Overall, Sterling is a great company to work for. Professionally I am growing more here than at any other company I've worked at. I also enjoy my team more compared to previous employers. Management is supportive and wants to give you tools to grow and succeed.

People work hard and are intelligent and capable, but also very human and nice to interact with.

Being productive, moving projects forward, having flexibility to work during times that work best for me, interacting with my team members, and acquiring new professional skills.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I feel that Sterling's leadership team is responsive to issues happening in the marketplace, they move quickly, are proactive, supportive, and care about their employee population.
What did you like most about the interview process?
Got to interview with a lot of people in a short amount of time (5 interviews over 2.5 hours), and it was nice the interviews were one on one.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Ample PTO and sick leave. 401K match. The majority of employees also have the option to work remotely from home, which saves time, commuting costs (gas, tolls, parking costs, vehicle wear and tear, etc) and offers a better life-work balance.
