My time at Sterling over has been fantastic! I've met incredible people, made great products and felt very appreciated. Sterling has allowed me to learn and grow, and to have a fair amount of autonomy with my team, which is not always the case in larger enterprise organizations.

My team is highly collaborative and cares very much about the products that we're creating!
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I feel like my financial compensation is pretty fair and that my medical and dental benefits are vey good.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The leadership team doesn't just care about "what" the company is doing, but also "how" and "why" we are doing it.
What makes you most happy at work?
I think that I'm most happy about creating products that are useful to society (specifically businesses and individuals), and that I get to create these products with people that I respect and truly enjoy being around.
What did you like most about the interview process?
I appreciated that I was interviewed by leaders from multiple teams and disciplines that I would be interacting with. It gave me a good perspective on how the various teams worked together and what was important to each of them.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I really do feel like the entire company is on the same page, and for a company the size of Sterling, that's pretty impressive. All of the teams that I have worked with (and it's probably most of the teams at Sterling) have been very open and collaborative.
