Just knowing how important our business is in helping our clients with their business. Also love to deliver results and prove to our clients the value we bring.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Everyone very encouraging, our general manager is very transparent and keeps us informed at monthly meetings. I have bi-weekly interactions with my manager and 'buddy' in helping me acclimate to the role.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Our managers trust us to get the work done. We don't have to sit for a set time (i.e. 9am-5pm), as long as the work gets done. If we have an appointment during the day, that's perfectly fine as long as the work gets done. I love the flexibility and trust and being treated as a professional!
