This is a difficult to answer in 300 letters. I believe the company could be a lot better to work for but Leadership is very out of touch with the reality of working in stores. I believe in some ways we are gouging our customers when we could be gaining Market Share with better pricing strategy
What are some of the best things about your team?
They are a strong team that works together to make the store, not the company, a good place to work.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The culture in the store I work is very good but I do not feel the same about the company culture.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
It's the only thing keeping me at the company currently but I am reaching the point that I would take less to have a less stressful work environment
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
While I feel that my direct supervisor is very good I do not feel the same about other supervision or Senior Management. I do not feel that they support the stores at all and we are on our own to make our stores a good place to work
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
There is a huge disconnect between the Leadership team and what reality is like at Store Level. Theft & unruly customers are at an all time high and there is little to no support for in store staff. More and more audits & checklists come down increasing things we can be held accountable at the store
