I like the way Stop and Shop is a blend of long time and new employees.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They are trying to streamline the operations of the stores to make the in store positions easier.
What are some of the best things about your team?
In my store, the management team interacts well with each other and lean on each other for support. WE work well as a team and I appreciate them. I do not feel that this is the case though in other stores.
