When i was a high school and college student i wanted so badly to be apart of this. That was a mistake.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
We attract what we pay which is garbage.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Everything. We have no clear direction and when we get it it is in the form of a punishment.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Every so often someone above you values your life outside of our store without being disingenuous and its refreshing because its so rare.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
There is no way to possibly list everything we are bad at. And all the leaders do is lie to themselves about how hard it has become to operate these buildings.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Other jobs now blow us away in compensation. Pay is low. Insurance is bad. Schedules are bad. Zero compensation to work most holidays. 5th week of vacation needs to come at 12-14 years.
