Overall, I've been with this company my entire adult life and there has been ups and downs. Recently, there has obviously been many challenges from the world around us, but I feel some processes are broken and it makes our jobs more difficult.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The associates are generally happy and pleasant with the customers.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Get worn out sometimes working 5/6 days a week and 10 hours a day.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Raises have been minor in the past few years. A larger one would be needed this year to combat inflation.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Most of them care and want to do the right thing for the customer. Part-time employees are underpaid, indifferent and not interested in moving up in the company.
