update the pay with the real market value not making cheap offers and ask for more than 8 hours of work load

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Pay cutting or pay less than other retails but expected higher than usual is simply mark worst. Please update the pay vs others and value your workers

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

there are good peoples works here but sadly, upper management doesn't value the hard work but asks for more than they could do in 8 hours per day

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

Learn about the value of your employees works in field and what they have been experienced the difficulty daily in store. Cutting budgets in stores just making it worst and because of that, more and more are leaving food retails.
