More positive reinforcement. Increase in labor and staff.

Everyone is in the same boat so we have comparable experiences to relate to.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Work life balance is poor. Leadership is only concerned with the negatives and the positives are barely acknowledged.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Pay is dependant on prior company pay. Internal promotions are low balled comparable to those hired from outside despite having more relevant experience.
