No quality of life especially family
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
When it comes to technolgy we are pretty much on board
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Everyone should be held accountable for thier proformances and all treated the same.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
There is no quality of life with the schedules we work especially when we have to close and then open sometimes more than once a week. We have no quality with our families pertaining to holidays, weekends, and winter storms
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
To long of a day especially when u are all by yourself and there is very little over lapping. You can not run a store like this especially after you close the night before and then turn around and have to open.
