Can't think of any. Culture needs to be evaluated based on other organizations and they need to start over.
Repeatedly tossed aside for other positions in my background for candidates that leadership wants out of the stores. Unsupported by leadership and asked to take on responsibilities two pay grades above.
My coworkers have never worked as a team a day in their life. They are allowed to do as they please without any repercussions because leadership is afraid of the difficult conversations that I am then forced to have.
Currently toxic culture of fear and intimidation. Need to focus on people and tapping into internal talent and development. Hiring external people or not selecting the best candidate prevents the retention of talented key leaders and will be the downfall of the company.
