The team aspect when you are going through something difficult. We go to wakes and funerals for our co workers. We appreciate each other.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
In our business it is hard to have a five day work week. I appreciate the extra compensation coming in for working the sixth day. With the economy having this level of salary is not enough to live off of alone. The extra pay on Sunday really motives people to work. It would be hard to afford without
