I enjoy working here, the comoany's focus in work life balance and overall wellness is a big win. Additionally we have a strategy which is easy tonget behind and gain buy in. I do believe that we could reduce communication. We get too many emails and have too many calls.

The company is focused in work life balance.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Overall compensation for my role is not at industry standard. Get to the industry stabdard for bunus and equity awards.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Many of them have a deep knowlege base of the buainess. They are somewhat collaborative and is sometimes willing to share knowlege/ reaources to make the total team better.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They are focused on moving the company in the right direction though a structured approach and people decelopment. They have a predictive and purposeful style whuch makes it easy for me to adapt.
