What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

The company does a great job celebrating diversity and inclusion.

What makes you most happy at work?

Solving problems and feeling a sense of pride when my team comes together to defy odds.

What do you like best about the leadership team?

The leadership team is not afraid to make decisions regarding modernizing to help stay relevant for the future.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

I was hired at a lower rate than my peers despite having extensive experience in the industry. Peers with far less experience are paid more and I am often tasked with training them.

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?

This is an industry that is shrinking in size and not making new talent. Stop and Shop has a terrible training program and, that, combined with the lack of personal investment that current exempts spend in their own development, makes for an unnecessarily stressful workday
