We have a pretty good team when it comes to teamwork and making the job happen in a timely manner.
What are some of the best things about your team?
They problem solve in an officiant manner. The teamwork is pretty well managed. They take criticism fairly well.
What makes you most happy at work?
The family dynamic that we have. Everyone for the most part all get along with one another which makes coming to work everyday a little more easier.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Pretty well diverse. No one is afraid to say how they feel and address things that could possibly be up for change in the company to help make it a better work place.
