I do enjoy working at Stop and Shop. The feeling of accomplishment and being acknowledged at work is there. I do feel from time to time, that there is too much being pushed onto the stores. We already have more that enough on our plates so when new things are added, it become overwhelming

Communication is very good within the company
What makes you most happy at work?
Seeing what I have accomplished for the day before going home. A feeling of pride
What do you like best about the leadership team?
My manager is very clear about the objectives and gives frequent feedback both positive and negative
What are some of the best things about your team?
We all work very well together. They are easy to talk to and bounce ideas off of. They are always trying to help make the company better.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I have been with the company for many years, and to watch other managers come into the company from the outside doing the same job as me and making more money than me does not seem fair.
