Know the business and willing to share best practices.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
They keep lowering bonus structure, raise percent's are not equal with cost of living.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
My immediate supervisor treats all with dignity and respect, above his level it stops and the main leadership tool is fear.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Dont know the true direction of the company, all banners at different pricing and ad structures. We are not customers first choice due to the fact they see now real value to shopping here with their food dollar.
