Understand that we are over worked . and not on call 24/7
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
close a store then have to be back in 6 hours to open. never had a lunch. work 10 to 12 hours a day.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
always wondering if im going to be able to leave. and whos job am i going to have to do. constant schedule changes when plans are made, long traveling distance when new associcates are put closer to home
