Men and woman are treated differently. Woman get treated better especially if they are mothers. For them family is first. For men family is second to the company. Don't like that ? leave your keys on the desk. It's been said many times to myself and other men.

Store manager is great but she's an exception given current trend in new hires

having enough help on and having associates that are smart enough to do the job
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Stop and Shop has become a giant echo chamber, no healthy discord or exchange of ideas. Not every story should be merchandised the same. Sometimes 2 stores in the same town have entirely different clientele let alone stores in different states. I think we have 5-10 yrs left at best.
